Fun Fun Fun

The first thing my family did when I get there in the Philippines is to visit Timoga Swimming Pool. The kids and the adults had so much fun. The water in this swimming pools comes from Lanao Lake and it is clean, and cold.  There are at least four huge resort in these area but we choose to stay in the resort where natural surrounding is still around and preserved.

Hidden

If you see it close this is an abandoned building. Actually this is my first time to see this building as hubby and I passed one day. Thankfully, the traffic is slow and so I was able to take a snap while hubby is closely driving the car. This building is in the area where the place is heavily devastated by the economic crunched here in Michigan. I figure it out that this is once an apartment building because what you can see is only the left side corner of the whole building and there is a middle part and the right side part of this building. So just imagine how huge this building is. Why this is my photo for this theme Hidden is because we knew for the fact that beyond this dilapidated worn out facade, sad emotion was hidden for the people who once live here.  As I am looking the photo and trying to see all smallest cracks and tore out window, I could tell this place is once very beautiful. And what is hidden inside is what I am very curious to see but because this place is like no mans land hubby would for sure never allow me to even go near this place. It's a sad photo and for sure there are a lot of sad stories to go with it but it's the reality.

My Flowers!

I am so happy about my flowers in my front yard. They are in full bloom and I planted four flowers that will bloom in summer because my Asian Lily as well as my White and Pink peonies won't stay long.  So I put together all the meme's that has a theme for flowers.  These are Round Robin Challenge:Garden Portraits, Macro Monday and Todays Flower's.

RRC: Anything in threes

Kids are hard to photograph ^_^. So while I was in a party and found the kids playing and running around I took a photo of them and they were thrilled about it. Here's my three's.

RoundRobinPhotoChallenge: Water/Niagara Falls

My first time to join Round robin photo challenge and thankfully the challenge for this week is about water. Two years ago hubby and I visited Niagara Falls, Canada. Stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days but I tell you, you can't finished all the great place they do have there. Here I took the picture up from the Skytower where we had a sumptuous buffet dinner.
