Chicken Spring Roll

I just figure out that grinding your own meat is more nice and healthier choice for me. I had this very old grinder that it even looks like a toy. The other day I tried to grind my chicken and it turned out really good. So I made a chicken spring roll...and it taste really good!!

Food: Eggplant and Pork Bagoong

I was craving for something salty so I made pork bagoong and fry some eggplant and I am all set for my breakfast. Simple but filling meal to me.

Chicken Satay

Hubby and I do not eat chicken that much anymore. With what we read and heard about chicken we decided to not to eat a lot of this meat. But with chicken satay that I cook the other day it was different hubby and I love it. I patted my shoulder because I made it right so right it taste really good. Lol! I might cook this again if I don't feel lazy.

Coconu Milk wih Vegetable and shrimp

Growing up in the Philippines we used to eat a lot of vegetables. I knew because I am the one assigned to cook and do the marketing The other day I was craving for a vegetables cook in coconut milk and so here is what I've cook.

Coffee online

Yesterday, hubby went to the grocery alone ^_^. Before, when he go to the grocery alone he came with stuff that we don't need. Well he says that we might need it soon or it's on sale ^_^. I don't get mad about that but I told him sometimes it's a waste of money because I rather cook than cook preservative food for us. Then I noticed that when he goes to grocery alone he didn't get much stuff that we don't need anymore. Yesterday, as he came home, I didn't looked what he bought but I was sitting at the dinner table reading and he told me he bought coffee, hmmm I jokingly told him is it on my grocery list? He answered nope!! Then I burst to laughter because he knew if it's not on my list I would have a long time about it. But I just let him, this time his coffee is out and it's about time for him to buy one. When he is done putting all the groceries I told him that if he likes  to

Buy Coffee Online I can do it for him. I like him to taste pure good coffee and oftentimes we can find it online. His eyes lit up because he loves coffee and he knew that I oftentimes spoiled him a lot hehe!

Would it rain?

It looks like it will rain but it's not what the heck? Anyway, my plants needs rain water and I want to save rain water for my special flowers. Right now I am home alone and what I do is to do the laundry. Cleaning will be set aside for now because I am busy. The fish is in the process of thawing and I am thinking I am going to make fish soup because my horse radish is giving me enough leaves for me to mix and cook with fish. 

The other day hubby and I were weeding at the garden and I cheated on him hahaha. He was weeding so much I am narrating him stories what a good way to elude work haha. But I didn't leave him until he was done I was done with my stories too and he enjoyed it a lot!! 

This is my horse radish or kamungay in Cebuano or malungay in Tagalog. A candidate for my viand today ^_^
