Yesterday, is the culmination of Flores de Mayo celebration here in the Philippines. Flores de Mayo is also May of flowers, kids in the neighborhood gathered to the chapel to be catechize. They are thought how to pray after that, they are ask to form a line sing a song to the Blessed Mother Mary at the same time offering flowers. I remember when I was also a kid it is an event in summer kids waited so much. But I tell you what we also pick all the flowers in the neighborhood. I so love those time and yesterday memories flood like crazy while I was photographing my two nieces carrying two of the AVE MARIA sign. This is the front part of the Immaculate Conception Cathedral located in Ozamiz City, Philippines.
My province here in the Philippines is Misamis Occidental, across our province is Lanao del Norte in order to cross that province we have to ride a ferry boat crossing Panguil Bay. Here is the picture I took several days ago.
