Is this a flower?

After the rain that's what I like to walk around the house. I could smell and feel the fresh air and the surrounding plants and trees looks like they are merry. I was at the back of an old barn when I saw this beauty. It's very ordinary looking but after I uploaded the pictures in my laptop I saw a beautiful plant and with the colorful leaves at the back it look stunning.
Do you know what is the name of this plant?
I am linking this post to RUBY RED TUESDAY

Not a flower, more of a weed like item. I have seen them before but can't think of the name.
