California didn't learn its lesson the first two times he was governor, so he was elected for a third time and proving to be just as poor (if not worse) a governor this time as he was the first two times... It seems he'll never quite get the "Governor Moonbeam" that ruined his first two terms as governor out of him....(sigh)
