CafeWell

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of CafeWell for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

We are all familiar with social network, right. Every one of us who is reading now can tell me they are in one or another member in one of the social network. At least among the five social networks, that I know of I am a member of all of them and not all of them has any resemblance with CafeWell . I have known CafeWell just this morning and CafĂ©Well is a social network to get well and stay well. To make it clear here is what I know about CafeWell:
CafeWell, a social network to get well and stay well, partners with large health plans like Altius and together, provides their members with great health programs, like Reach for the Peaks, where members participate on CafeWell in a wireless pedometer program that focuses on helping members become and stay more active.
CafeWell is bridging the gap between health plans and the member to help educate on healthcare and improve member perception of their health plan, by providing a fun, safe and anonymous environment to improve their health. A program, such as Reach for the Perks encourages activity and includes regular prizes and social acknowledgements to insured members. CafeWell provides free advice, tips, and motivation from Olympic athletes, Health and Wellness, Diet and Nutrition Experts to support users with questions and join in the challenges the program provides.
Here are two testimonies I like to share here:
“So today I am taking a step forward to get off the couch and become healthy. I am overweight, underpaid and not so full of energy! I know if I think I can, I CAN! AND I WILL!”
“I’m absolutely thrilled with this motivating program.”
Reading all the information is you not encourage to join because I am excited to this new social network. I tell you the entire social network requires setting down and typing the keyboards and doing nothing. While CafeWell encouraged us to check our health and do exercise one way or another. Aside from that, I love competition. It does not mean I have to win I want to compete my own self and that will only happen if I am motivated and I have somebody to cheer me up. I want to lose at least 10 more pounds. It is easy to gain weight than losing it. Then I have to learn more about diabetes and high blood pressure because it runs in the family.  I will be 46 years old next week and getting up there requires a lot of attention more to my health and body. It is easy to register go to there website Reach for the Peaks and CafeWell and click the register button and you are in. It is time for us friends to change our lifestyle by joining a social network that helps our health.
