We are always told to eat healthy food. What are the healthy food? One of them is of course fruits and in my photos a red tray contained banana and apples. Remember our mom says "An apple a day keeps the doctor away"? I think that is so true. But I forgot to eat apple everyday, I think because I don't put it in mind?
But what about red wine? As I have known red wine is good for your heart. Of course, we have to drink moderately and be responsible if you go out and drink please don't drive, okey? ^_^ Hubby and I tried to drink a little of red wine at night but again, it slips in our mind. But I see to it that when I eat meat at night I drink wine, for meat it should be red wine for seafood it should be white wine. I am not a wine connoisseur but I think I am right with this lol!
