Another Toyota recalls?

Just heard from Fox news that Toyota is again recalling 700,000 cars???!! Are they not kidding what if a friend or a relative had Toyota car and her/his car is one of the recalls, is he/she safe on the road now? Just get me a bit nervous here because I knew some friends who drove Toyota and I do hope that they can be contacted so they will knew. As for me, my car is not Toyota so I don't have to worry for recalls. ^_^
