RSS Feed

I went to You Say too and logged in. My other blogs are registered in YST but one is not. So I decided to add it today but to my dismay I can't find my RSS feed inorder for mine food blog to be added. I was looking for help page, find it, try what it was said but to no avail. I get frustrated figuring it out so I did stopped. I may come back later and try it again. Wish I could fix it before I go. ^_^
