When was the last time I check on my blood pressure and pulse rate?? Frankly, I don't remember now, though my blood pressure is not high but I don't like looking my pulse rate is way up high almost 90 or sometimes more than 90!!! Yup I have and always been have a high pulse rate. My hubby has a good vital stats I always told him I am so envious!!! This morning it came to my mind to check it up so I took out our blood pressure machine and tried it. WOW as in napamangha talaga ako sa buong buhay ko I had 77 pulse rate!! And that makes me smile here is the picture I took..JPG)

hi dhemz, anemic diay ka ako akong pulse rate is too high that's why na happy ko when I read 77ps ko gahapon. I wished magkaubos pa gyud kay di pa gyud ni siya normal nga pulse rate hehe. will message you later naa ko tuyo sa imo. thanks for dropping by.
