Last night hubby and I went to attend the Easter Vigil at St Anne Catholic Church. The mass started at 8pm and ended around 10pm. Today, I get up at about 8am took a shower and started to cook. Oh yeah, hubby wants to have an Easter celebration at home just like what happened last Thanksgiving day, so it is my first time to cooked huge turkey last Thanksgiving and now a huge chunk of ham. But I made it through....I cooked some dish that is pretty common to american palate and I made pancit behon and my specialty for the day is seafood with white sauce.
