Something red, yellow and blue

Hubby and I went to a Cider Mill this afternoon. The temperature is 92F, and if you live here in Michigan that is too hot, extremely hot!! When we arrived at Porter's Orchard and Cider Mill, we didn't see any people. (where are they hiding?). We saw two cars parking at the parking lot, other than that nada! Hubby was surprised we didn't see anybody around, I told him it might be because it's too hot! But we continue to go inside the store and hubby bought his favorite ice cream, butter pecan with a waffle cone. Then we went outside and roam around.
                                                                   The store sign
                                                                       The store
The playground with out the kids

And to my surprise a tree with autumn colors!! ^_^

A tower, with a very blue sky

How unusual that there is noone around. And the playground looks so very lonely with no children running and jumping and enjoying themselves.

Very nice photos, The tree is beautiful. I am surprised that at 92 degrees no one else was there buying ice cream.

It feels some kind of strange visiting a place which seems to be closed, cause no people are around!
In Denmark the last days have been rainy and cold, why I prefered hot tea to ice ;-)
Have a great week!

Aaaaw... this is sure my kinda place... butter pecan ice cream runs a close second to Belgian chocolate ice cream! It must be the heat that keeps the kids away from this colorful playground. Fall colors? Or are the kids just getting ready to go back to school?

That must have been a strange feeling - to be there with no one else around - not bad, though, to have the place all to yourself...almost like everone had been beamed up into outer space!!!

It was probably the heat. I know how they are about 90 degree temps in Michigan, my family is from there and they would never visit me here in Florida in the summer. Funny though, it seems that every one else had a warmer summer than we did this year!

It's the same temperature here!

Ice cream is a good way to ease some of the heat. It's surprising no kids are playing in the playground on a nice day. I love the colors though. :)

I guess these days we are all soft, too timid to leave the air conditioned air if it is hot. Ice cream is a fine way to cool off. Of course when the weather is cooler, perhaps this place could make fresh apple cider donuts. That is a treat!

The weather is similar to Singapore, except ours is all year long!

I love that last picture, that's something one can't find here, unless the tree are dying.

Clearly too hot for the Michigan-ders to want some fun in the sun.
