Miss it!

Last May I had a good time with my family back in the Philippines. I missed the bonding time with my nieces, nephew, SIL and brother. One place that we visited is this beach resort (forgot the name). We were all excited to be in the island but all our excitement came to a halt. The owner told us that they are not going to transfer any visitors to the island because there is a storm coming. But did not see the sky a dark clouds what so ever but the wind is very strong. And yes it was also in the news that a storm is coming so off we went home! ^_^

Lovely photos. I particularly love the angles and shapes that contrast with the softness of the sea and sky in the first shot!

I love your shots of this pier. What is in the building at the end of the pier? It would make a beautiful place to have a lovely dinner.

Those don't look like threatening skies to me either, but that water sure does look choppy so I'm glad you stayed safe despite your disappointment. You sure got some beautiful photos! I love these!

Sorry your trip was cut short--probably not easy to get back for visits. You did manage to capture some memories in photos though. That's good.

Beautiful photos. Yeah, it was a bit disappointing but maybe next time you will be able to visit the island.

The beautiful skies didn't look like there was a storm coming. Too bad that you didn't get to enjoy the beach. Balik ka ulit. :)

Happy sky watching.
