Love The Shake?
I am not happy to tell the world that I gain a little bit of pounds these past few days. Since the holiday season started the party never stopped. Every weekend there is at least two or three party invitation. I set myself to go to only one because that is only what I can take. If I go to all the parties every weekend then I would weight 160 pounds and that is a lot! I have been to yo-yo diet, pill diet and exercise a lot. Unfortunately, I never lose weight in any of this strategy. I tried to do vegetable dieting, gush, I cannot take it, and I feel dizzy at the middle of the day I ended up eating a lot in the afternoon. I tried walking but I feel lonely I am the only one person walking the street. It feels very depressing when you like to lose those unwanted pounds and you cannot lose even one pound.
