Real or not?

Can you tell if this is real or not?

Of course it's real. I spend the whole sunny afternoon at the field trying to catch a good shot with these elusive butterfly. I took this photo against the sun light and I was worried it may affect my camera lens but did not thankfully! Now I like to go where butterflies like to hang out no matter where it is, lol!! I am prepared! ^_^

What a great shot! The only place I can ever find these is in a butterfly farm - yours is great!

We have had such miserable hot Wagner this summer that I've rarely ventured out into my garden. Sometimes I do get lucky and find a butterfly holding still long enough for a photo. I admire your persistence in following these guys around long enough to get such lovely images!

Oh how I hate auto correct. Of course I meant miserable hot weather. Not hot "Wagner" which is what?

Beautiful photo! Camera lenses cope with things our eyes won't.

PS. I am SURE you would know the Flame Tree Kim! It's such a hard-to-miss tree in the Philippines. You just may not recognize it close up. ;-)

Hello, Kim,
I love that photo, even the thistle seem to come around the zebra swallowtail in a circular pattern. It is lovely and mimics the technique of some of the Renaissance painters to encircle the focal point.
Thanks for your kind comment!
