Visit REDNESDAY here too!
Hubby and I went to the park yesterday and found this red slides. On the right hand side, is the usual slide that we see at any park. But the one on the left side is different. It is crooked and had a lot of curves and bumps...hm I don't know if I like to try that one lol! But as I watch the kids played they are enjoying more of the crooked slide than the straight one, I guess the more thrill it is the better, what you think?

Oh wow - you posted about a "thrill ride" too! Yours looks very bumpy - I think you need a little butt for that slide so I will gracefully decline to ride it LOL

I would go for the crooked one, were I decades younger. The bumpier the ride has got to be in favor for the young, us (older) grownups prefer a smoother ride. Perhaps a generational thing, ah to be a kid again...
There's a long and bumpy slide in our public swimming pool. I have tried it, it was fun,- afterward.
the crooked slide is very cool
I can see that most kids would like it
fun photo
My burritos would love that ate! Thanks for the tips hehehe, oo nakabantay lagi ang ama habang ang ina nagbablog lol..
Beautiful slides. Good place for kids.
Oh my gosh! It's making me remember my childhood days...
...the giant slides in the Children's Playground near the Luneta Park.
The wonderful and happy memories that a simple slide invoke made me smile. Great photo! Thanks for making me remember the good old days.

the crooked one looks more challenging and fun than the usual one.
My daughter would love those!

I've entered a major international photo competition (details are on my blog) and would be most grateful if you'd click through and rate my portfolio (just click on the stars at the bottom (preferably the 5th star - "fantastic" - LOL), easy peasy, no registration or personal details needed). Thanks so much!
Love the slides - oh to be a child again as Ralph so aptly put it!
X LOLA:)
Lots of fun. Even for me, the one with a heart of a child....I wouldn't be able to resist.
My Ruby Tuesday. I do hope to see you drop by for a visit with me today.
Oh the crooked slide would be more fun definitely. I'd want to try it myself (if nobody was around to see ;>).
Thanks for visiting FT-L; I don't know what the yellow-berried tree is. I'm trying to find out.
Manang Kim, lovely shot... like it.

Slides... They are so vibrant! Nice shot!
If I were smaller I think I would like the twisty slide. Now, I'd be happy just to get to the bottom, he, he.
I have tried a few slides apart from the traditional but that one, i like the shade but I wouldnt want to try that.
u may view mine here
I would love to try the crooked thrill ride but I am not pretty sure if I'd not bump on the ground...:) thanks for the visit on my RT.

for some reason, my boys also enjoy that kind of slides as our playground here have the same kind. Nice Red!
Slides are only for spring and winter here in Phoenix. :) They just get to hot. I love them though. The wilder the better. :)

seeing the slides reminds me of wonderful days in the park with my children when they were young.
My Ruby Redness

Great photo! I don't think I've ever seen a bumpy slide before??? I bet the kids have a lot fun going down it and making noises over each bump. :)

When I was younger I would definitely pick the crooked slide, but now it would have me all twisted like a pretzel!

Slides are always popular with kids. I used to like them but not if they were too high.
Great image. A metaphore for life.
I agree with Melody, the slides are a metaphor for life! I guess if I were a kid I would choose the bumpy ride, but now being as old as the hills, the smooth one for sure!
Happy Rednesday!
Blessings,
Jo
Terrific shot!
The sun makes me think those slides might be a little hot. :)
Thanks for your RT visit.
