Anything Red #1: Show Off

Last year I haven't seen one cherry on my Cherry tree. This year thankfully I have a few. I need to take care of my tree plants I neglected it so much I see the tree struggling to survive...

                                                                 Episode 52, Year 2

Entering Japanese Garden you start on your left....and because it is Japanese Garden I see a lot of water, Bonsai trees, pagodas, bamboo fountain...

Do you notice something? The head is covered by a shrub but if you see the head you will recognized right away what it is.

My Beach Cabana

Wow it is getting hot in here like the song it is hot it is hot!! La lala laa laaa!!! Last winter hubby and I agreed that this year we are spending more time outside like at the beach. Hubby and I are not campers we are not water people either we like to pray, read, talk and joke a lot, eat a lot etc. After several trips from different beaches here in my neck of woods, I thought of buying a tent for my honey since sometimes he end up sleeping in the car and it is too hot in there. So I look at Amazon and find a good tent after several hours of searching and reading the reviews, comparing prices I found the one I like..... EasyGo Shelter Instant Pop Up Beach Cabana Tent

Here is what I do like in this tent it has three mesh windows that you could open and close. For privacy purposes this is awesome since I do not feel secure and safe going to a beach house area to change. Nope! I may be 49 years old but I have the looks hahahahahahahahahaha!!! I am just being modest lol!!

As you can see ( I call it a tongue) there is an extended plastic I hope it won't get too hot when at the beach. But I can also flip it back and hubby and I will just stay inside, right? No biggie to that problem. Then if you see at the right side there is this pocket to put a sand for stability I guess. But as I said I think it is not necessary but it also depends where you are. Then look at inside on the left end corner there is this pocket with zipper which I do like for private things to keep like guns or knife. Yup that's it when I am at the beach I am loaded!!!!! Hahahaha! Joke!! But seriously that extra is of good use and it has on the other side too.

Do you see that flap? It goes to cover the mesh window. And as for me when I am at the beach I like to see all the angles. It's just me!!

Very strong but hubby did it open in one pull. Awesome tent!!

This particular extra secret space is what makes this tent super cool. On top it has two secret mesh pocket a bit deep but just right to put anything. Which as for my rating to this tent is *****

Disclaimer: I was not compensated by the company. I am happy of what I purchased so it needs a pat on the back!! But if the company saw this and willing to give a free one it is very much welcome. Other than that I am a happy camper!

                                                                  Episode 51, Year 2

Hello Friend Bloggers how's everyone's weekend? Hubby and I went to visit Frederick Meijers Gardens and Sculpture Park , we always visit this place at least twice every year since they have plenty of flower shows there. BUT this time the most awaited Japanese Garden is here in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They planned this garden for six years but started to work I think three years ago I should know because I too waited for this one. So as expected Japanese Garden is beautiful. From all the photos that I took I told my hubby I cannot wait to come back here in Fall. The colliding of Michigan fall beauty and the Japanese Garden would be fantastic to ignore....

Path going to the entrance. I already see water...

Now the entrance in which when I see it  makes me smile.

On the right side before you enter is this huge stone basin with bamboo pole water flowing and this evergreen tree. Perfect for Japanese ambiance.

Wild Rose

We had rain the whole week last week, good thing I see sunshine today or I will be bummed I need my vitamin D, asap!! Walking at the field I saw fruit trees around with the tiny fruit hoping the wind or rain won't knock it down. But for now here is what I saw at the field, a bush of roses....

                                                                    Episode 51, Year 2

After church hubby and I decided to get something to eat. While inside the restaurant it rained. We thought already of going to the beach that day but it rained so we decided to shopped for one fishing pole since a friend of mine lend her fishing pole to me. From the sports store we decided to get some ice cream and then we stopped by at the Big Fish Lake. We saw three people fishing, one young couple and us at the beach. The weather did not permit people to have fun on the water it looks cold to me...

                                                                   A Quiet Sunday

Onions

I have seen this in some blogs and wanting to do it. Well last two weeks ago I noticed my old onions has shoots so  I thought this is the moment when  I have to transfer them and submerge the roots into the water..here it looks. I already did cut many of the green leaves so I have fresh green onion in my dishes all the time! Try it ladies!

Hello everyone!! How's everyone's weekend? We had few days of rain last week and it makes the trees and flowers get green quick. I was searching for state parks close by us so I found out we have 146 state parks all over MI state. Wowowie that is awesomeness so I told hubby that we are going to visit these parks since many are close by and last week state park is beautiful!! These park has campgrounds and other amenities which is right for Michiganders who does not see much sun always. Here is the website Bald Mountain Recreation Area
