We are all familiar with social network, right. Every one of us who is reading now can tell me they are in one or another member in one of the social network. Then I have to learn more about diabetes and high blood pressure because it runs in the family.  I will be 46 years old next week and getting up there requires a lot of attention more to my health and body. I have been reading many articles recently, another Fanjul first name came out, and the name is Pepe Fanjul Jr. He is the Florida Crystals’ Senior Vice President and head of the company’s land and real estate division. I am reading the article and at the same time thinking how fortunate this family are. They have business everywhere and they are good people. They like to share what they have. In addition, on their business life they are very successful they are co-investment partner in real estate private equity. I further read the article and it says Pepe Fanjul Jr., holds a B.S. Business Administration and an MBA in International Management from the University of Miami.

Yellow Pot

We had a beautiful day today. I think the people here in Michigan were all out working in their yards, shopping for seeds and some stuff for gardening. Hubby and I went to Home Depot, Hubby went to buy stuff for dry walling, while I went to look for something for my trees, flowers and vegetables plants.

         I found this yellow pot. This I transfer my Kalamansi plant so it will grow big and will bear fruit soon.

                                     I found this herb grow kit the only one left and is on sale.

Income At Home

Hubby and I agree to eat fish and chips but a sudden change of plan occurs. I suddenly wanted to eat stir-fry okra and fried chicken. Therefore, I automatically cook rice. Hubby with his brother went ahead to eat fish and chips in the restaurant. While cooking I was thinking of how much a family could spend if a family to eat in the restaurant. For me as a Filipina I am okay with rice, fish and vegetables but I do not know with other women. So I thought what if no other income in the family it would take time for the whole family to go outside and eat, right? Lucky to some people who had an Income at Home knowledge because to have extra money for some extra expenditure is remarkable. I was browsing the internet the other day and found a website about Income at Home. I get curious and right away check into it and find it very interesting. As for me, whom needs extra money for my own then I have to learn how to get into this business? What about you do you like to earn extra money? Look and you decide.

This abandoned barn has two huge silos. We always pass this barn and it was only last month that I took a close up photo. Look at the cupolas it's pretty right? I like looking at barns because it has great character and the cupolas itself speaks it all. ^_^

Lia Sophia

I love jewelries. I know not all women love jewelries but I guess it is 95% love jewelries though. When I arrive here in the US, I found one jewelry line that amazes me and that is Lia Sophia. A friend mine wore it from a party. I asked her where she gets those jewelries she said she sold it. It does not take look for her to gather a bunch of friends because the next week she invites us to go to her house and have a Lia Sophia party. My jaw drop when I saw all the jewelries. It does not take me long to like them and try to choose which one I would buy. At the end, I bought two jewelries from the party, which until now I am still using.

I always like to browse in the internet. I like to look information in the internet until I read an Online Business Systems. It sound high tech and it sound all there works is in the internet. I read further that Online has been on the “Best Workplaces in Canada” list for five consecutive years. I was not wrong with my first thought that this company is all about working with the internet. Now I know why the systems of many of the companies or businesses are doing well is because a certain Online Business Systems are helping them achieve there goals. That is awesome!

Gary Pryor

Are you the kind of person who likes to read achievements of other people? I do and I like how to learn how they do such move. I always have this thought that every person has an opportunity to shine and many do. This morning I was browsing online and found several names and the first one I read about is Gary Pryor. Gary Pryor has an extensive experience in Wall Street, which began with Merrill Lynch International and the Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York. During his tenure at Morgan, he completed training in advanced accounting, credit analysis and corporate finance, and proved his skills in Morgan’s fixed income securities. Like him, I had an accounting degree and to know any person can reach their goal by working hard is awesome. Currently, Gary Pryor specializes in consolidation in strategy and facilitation, and works with private equity sources of capital. Now I realize that if a person works hard you reach your goal and you will be successful in all your endeavors.

Income At Home

Hubby and I were talking today about what we are going to do when spring and summer is here. I told him I really like for me him to make me an herb garden and huge flower garden. I even want a mini forest and a secret garden somewhere in our backyard. I know he also does not know where to begin unless there is somebody who would help him and me to plan it. Then our topic shifted to incomeathome.com a site that my SIL send to us the other day. He asked me if I already did look what the site is all about and I told him that incomeathome.com is about knowing how to make money at home and I did check it last night but in detail. I have been looking for more ways to learn how to make money at home because it is fun and at the same time rewarding.

Huge Flower Pot

I love flowers and indoor plants. I read and learn that having indoor plants is needed for a better air. I saw this huge flower pot inside Holiday Express Inn where we check in, in Arkansas. Of course having like this huge of pot is only for hotel or offices but for sure not at our cozy and little home. ^_^ What about you do you like indoor plants too?

Valentine & Kebartas

Do any of you think about how and why a third party or a collection agency has to know your phone number or address?  Well I guess because there is an industry for these. I know of Valentine and Kabartas as a third party collection agency. Their goal is to help with an utmost care to their clients. Where can you find a third party collection agency that had this goal? I think that is why Valentine & Kebartas are still here doing there business. In addition, every business who deals customers who are hard to collect their dues has to look and go for Valentine & Kebartas because it is worth the time.

Income At Home

I was at church the other day for a class and before my class begun, our leader talked to me about what she heard on the radio. She asked me if I know what is going on in the Philippines about what he heard on the radio. I asked her what is it all about and she told me it is about people there are starving for food. I was stunned and I do not know what to say because I never heard of the news but it is not impossible. In fact, few years ago, somebody died of hunger and even if I do not know the person, I felt I am guilty.

To be upfront with this issue I know and every body know that many try just to survive this days. One family who is paying mortgages and too much bills with kids in school and only one breadwinner is of course having a hardship these days. Not only families who are suffering hardships this days but everybody does. That is when people are willing to know how to make an Incomeathome without getting out there and leaving the kids in some bodies care. I am a stay at home wife and I am glad I learn how to earn an income at home by searching on the internet because until now I am enjoying it.

Signtronix

One of the first things that I notice when I travel all over the country is the sign along the road. Some are huge and fancy, some are simple and some are colorful and with lights. Before I know the name of Signtronix , I ask myself where these companies buy this huge signs or signage. I am impressed that they could make very good graphics some has even lights on them. This morning I was browsing in the internet and happen to read the word Signtronix I get curious.  I read the article and thankfully, I had my questions answered. Signtronix is the nation’s manufacturer of business signage for independent business owners. Now I know to who and where to find a great signage just in case one of my friends would someday use signage for their business.

Christopher Mallick

I was browsing the internet and happen to see Selma Blair and Christopher Mallick. They seated side by side and it gets my attention immediately. I read the article at the bottom of the photo that I saw and it is about Christopher Mallick. Christopher Mallick is a CEO and founder, Oxymoron Entertainment. If you see the suspenseful thriller, Columbus Circle, Oxymoron Entertainment releases it. I never thought that some of my favorite films were film by Oxymoron. Just now, I am watching of the trailer on there website that I cannot wait to see them all because I love suspense thriller films. If not with Christopher Mallick, we will not be able to see suspense thriller as good as the ones they had created. I have to continue watching the trailers and put it on my watch list.

Nixon For You

     We left Texas last two days ago. We did not push hard to be home early hubby and I like to see the beautiful states along the way.  I now believe in Texas everything is huge. We have been traveling for a day and still we are in Texas. What is funny is that there is no dull moment as we travel the landscape of Texas is different from all the states that I have been to.

     It does apply to watches too. I have found out that the newest craze in town is the Nixon Time Teller Watches and Nixon Player Watch. Where do I know this? Well I have known these watches when we visited one of the nephews of my hubby. It happens that my hubby’s nephew has two boys and one girl. They are all in grade school and as we; all know kids are very up to date with new trends.  I cannot even keep up with the newest phone or TV and we do not have a flat screen TV yet, and now they are talking about a new flat screen. When I learn about it, I was laughing for the fact that we do not have a flat screen TV. However, we like to get a new one but our old TV’s are still doing well. Just like what happened to watches now days. So many of them come out and every one is unique and beautiful. I know of one person who likes to collect watches and it is my brother, nephew and niece. They all like watches does not matter what brand or what kind as long as they like the watch they like to have it. What makes it funny when there is a new trend of watches they all ask me to buy it for them? At first, I just laugh and do not like to listen but they know at the end I will give it to them that I like spoiling them anyway. These new watches, which I have seen in Texas, are cool. It has many design and color. It is not for men only it has also for women. I have seen in there website a pink one and what came to my mind is to give it to my nieces. 

     Father’s day is coming fast and sooner than later people are anxious what to get for their hubby, father, brother, nephew or friend. One thing I like to advice is to get a new watch for your loved ones. Watch is for me the most attractive piece men like and with Nixon watches, nothing could ever be wrong.

With the meaning I look photos that speaks the meaning..hope I got this right.

Along I-35

We started heading home yesterday afternoon and along I-35 we saw different trucks/trailer loaded with cars. Well this one is different it's loaded with just the head part of the truck and not just one or two but three. Off they go to where ever it is delivered. I like yellow and so when I saw this I immediately took a shot.

                           This was taken last Thursday while roaming downtown San Antonio. The sky is gloomy and cloudy at that time the temperature is way down for Texas and it is cold. Now it is back to 70 ++ ^_^

Direction please!

This morning hubby and I went for shopping. First we went to a supermarket for some goodies and woman's thing. It turned out that the first address I got from my phone is the main hub of these huge supermarket chain here in San Antonio, so therefore we went to a gasoline station to buy something and of course I insisted we have to ask the cashier about where is the newest supermarket store. My hubby's response oh oh nope we should not ask anybody. Right there and then I remember I read somewhere men don't ask direction, I told him are you kidding me, I would be the one who is going to ask so then I ask the cashier and got the direction. Off we go and after a mile we found HEB supermarket. After grocery shopping, I know hubby had to buy his prescription eye drops at Target and we do not know where Target is in that area, again I ask somebody the direction  to the nearest Target, I got it again and we drove to Target that is only 1/2 mile from the grocery store. What's wrong with men, why they don't ask direction, geez it is easy to ask direction to stranger but for men it's very hard for them to do it. I do not understand a bit!
